Friends & Strangers was engaged to develop the strategy, naming, identity, packaging, and verbal language for Black Bird. Our challenge was to create a distinctive wine brand that honoured the estate's craftsmanship while standing confidently apart in a saturated market, developing a cohesive identity where every bottle tells a story and every detail reinforces the character of the brand.
